The perfect band saw blade for profiles

WIKUS continues to sharpen its profile with the new PROFLEX® M42 bimetal band saw blade for processing profiles and girders. Thanks to the special profile tooth and also the extended connection of cutting material and carrier band, the PROFLEX® M42 is extremely sturdy.
The innovative production procedure not only extends the service life of the carrier band, it also reduces the risk of a broken band. The superfinishing on the cutting edge of the teeth and the chip space enhances performance, reduces noise emission and the formation of burr, and also improves the cutting surface.
