WIKUS expands the management of the group of companies

Spangenberg, 6 April 2021: Within the last decades WIKUS has been developed from a small company to an international company. As a result of this transformation necessary adjustments have been made concerning the form of society and concerning the management structure.

It is of considerable strategic importance for a company to guarantee the continuation of the corporate management. Hence the shareholders of WIKUS-Sägenfabrik Wilhelm H. Kullmann GmbH & Co. KG made the following decision:

As of April 1st, 2021, the board of Chief Executive Officers of the company will be extended by a second CEO who is not related to the family and hence Mr. Jörg Utech has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Jörg Utech will be responsible for the Management Division “Finances and Resources“.

The Management Divisions are made up as follows:

With this new Management structure, we want to continue the development of our company group and we are looking forward to meeting the challenges of the future.
