All information at a glance

As a WIstockIT^® customer, you will be given your own access to the WIstockIT^® portal. Here you will have the opportunity to analyze all relevant data about your warehouse management. This ensures maximum transparency of warehouse movements and means no additional software is required to monitor and analyze stock levels. With the Premium version, users can also analyze consumption per machine.

The stock overview gives you an overview of all products that you purchase via WIKUS Tool Management.

You can display the consumption per month or even the stock for your individual evaluation period.

Easy integration into existing processes and warehouse logistics

The WIstockIT^® ordering and warehouse management system—available as an app for Android and now also iOS with mobile scanners and barcodes—is ready for immediate use and provides greater flexibility in the procurement and logistics of band saw blades and band saw coil stock.

1. Incoming goods at the customer’s company

Every WIKUS package has a code containing all item information. The new WIstockIT^® inventory level is automatically determined and transmitted to WIKUS. In the Premium version, third-party items can also be recorded with an e-mail address for automatic ordering.

2. Band saw blade removal

Each band saw blade also carries a code with item-specific data. Each item removal is scanned, transmitted to WIKUS, and automatically deducted from inventory. Inventory levels of stored third-party items can be adjusted manually after item removal.

3. Reordering and delivery

When the inventory level of an item reaches the defined reorder point, a replenishment order is automatically triggered with WIKUS.

4. Third-party item management

In the Premium version, third-party items can also be managed. Individual item master data facilitate inventory maintenance, manual adjustments, and automatic reordering via e-mail. This keeps the entire warehouse logistics, including third-party items, centralized and transparent.

5. Machine management

Machine management assigns band saw blades to specific machines and records item removals and points of use. This creates a clear overview of history, consumption, and service life and is ideal for more precise maintenance planning and more efficient material supply.
